Mr Johnston has been teaching LS2 about one of the most important heritage sites in New Zealand, the lighthouses found in New Zealand. Here in New Zealand there are 23 active lighthouses including the world famous Cape Reinga lighthouse. Every lighthouse group has been given a lighthouse and my group received Cape Palliser. Cape Palliser can be found in the South of the North Island. It is also believed to be the Southernmost point if the North Island.
