The New Zealand elections are now over and like in 1996, Winston Peters (New Zealand First Leader) is the Kingmaker once again. This gives Peters the power to choose our new government. For National or Labour to win, N.Z. First will have to create a coalition with one of the major parties. A coalition is when two or more political parties form an alliance like Labour and the Greens have.
