The year is nearly over and the time has come for year 7's to decide who will be the new student leaders for Panmure Bridge School 2018. Before we nominate we need to know what a leader is and what qualities they possess. Yesterday we learnt about a key quality leaders show and that is motivation. Motivation is when you encourage someone to never give up. To show our learning we did a short play on how you can show motivation. All the plays showed what motivation is and how it can help people succeed. For our second activity we did a word art. In my word art there are words that either describe motivation, define it, synonyms of motivation, or simple phrases that you can say to people to boost their self-esteem. After this session I have learnt that motivation is very important for a leader to have and that the year 7's have a long way to go.
