Tech Reflection - T2 W10

It is the last week of the term meaning we will not learn anything about cooking for the next two weeks. Today we have made meat pies which consists of mince and ham and a lot of vegetables. Firstly we had to cook the onions until they became translucent. After that we added the ham and mince to the onions. We then added Mrs Tuipolotu sauce with the meat. When the sauce thickened we added the thickened sauce and the meat to our pastry. We put it into the oven which was heated to 180 degrees and left it in there for 20 minutes. The pie was very delicious and if I did it again I would not change a thing. This was our first introduction to savoury dishes.
