Tech Reflection - Food Technology
Today was our first time cooking a savoury dish with Mrs Tuipolotu. Today Ofa and I made twelve ham and cheese quiche. Firstly we cut the pastry into twelve and put them into a muffin tray, then we diced the ham finely and added the grated cheese and the ham into our pastry. After that we whisked the eggs and milk then poured the liquid mixture over all the quiches. Lastly we set the temperature of the oven to 180 degrees and cooked it for 15 minutes. I really enjoyed cooking today because we are now cooking a variety of different cooking techniques and dishes. The ingredients are:
A slice of ham
Cheese (grated)
4 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
