Food Technology - Sausage Kebabs
We have been enjoying our tech orientation for a couple of weeks and as it is nearly coming to an end we have been reflecting on the skills we have learnt while being in the cooking room. To show the skills we have learnt we made sausage kebabs. Our kebabs had capsicums, red onions, and three different types of sausages. The sausages were: frankfurters, cocktails, and precooked pork sausages. To cook the kebabs we baked them in a pre heated oven which is at the heat of 200 degrees.

ReplyDeleteThose kebabs look delicious! I really liked how you explained the ingredients that you needed to use for this. I have some questions though, did you find making these kebabs easy or hard? And, did you share with your brother?
