HIIT has been going on for a while and we all thought it will be smooth sailing until the speaker did not produce any sound. This was our first technical difficulty but everyone kept going which showed resilience and commitment. Everyone did not get into the red area as there was no music which set the pace for us but it was still difficult. Our exercises were push ups, squats, tap steps, and star jump but we used the tabata style timing. This is when we do the exercises for 20 seconds and only receive a 10 second break between exercises. I found doing the push ups the hardest because my arm strength is nearly non existence and I hate push ups.
I am a Year 8 student at Panmure Bridge School in Auckland, NZ. I am in Learning Space 2 and my teachers are Ms Kirkpatrick and Mrs Anderson.
