HIIT - Best Session


Today's HIIT session was incredible because everyone was getting puffed which is the main reason for these exercises. It was awesome to see so many people participate and giving it their all. When we compare our today's performance to the first few you could see we came a long way. The exercises that pushed us to achieve our goal (which was getting into red) were: split squat karate kick, mountain climbers, high knees, and star jumps. My favourite out of them were the split squat karate kick. This is because it was very easy to do and it really pushed us. Mrs Anderson was an amazing cheerleader and her energy was almost over whelming. As she always says energy given, energy shared. Also the leaders, Zane, Tiava, and Mataio were all great and they helped us. Next week we will receive a visit from the researchers to come and look at our progress.
